About Joshua
Joshua is an Associate in the London Commodities team at HFW.
He advises clients on international trade disputes, particularly involving physical commodities, and has represented parties in such disputes in LCIA, ICC, GAFTA, RSA, and LMAA arbitrations, as well as in English court proceedings.
He also represents clients in general commercial disputes, including in high-prolife banking, insolvency, civil fraud, director / shareholder and other commercial contracts disputes.
Joshua also supports clients with transactional cases, including drafting and negotiating sale and purchase agreements, master agreements, and trade finance arrangements such as prepayments and participation agreements.
Joshua has contributed to market-leading work across multiple jurisdictions, assisting HFW’s Paris and Geneva offices on commodities, shipping, and trade finance cases. He has handled French-language cases and speaks Spanish at an advanced level.
