Tony possesses extensive experience in transactional and commercial matters, primarily providing legal services in asset finance, general financing, and corporate mergers and acquisitions. His practice encompasses ship financing, sale and leaseback transactions, general financing (including syndicated and bilateral loan transactions with or without asset security), shipbuilding transactions, sale and purchase transactions, mergers and acquisitions, and joint ventures. He has advised borrowers and lenders across diverse industries on syndicated and bilateral loan transactions and ship financing. He also advises regularly on ship/yacht sale and purchase transactions.
